I'm gonna give you the game. Or, pay me and we can work together. First housekeeping.

- I can be socially awkward. Expect that if we get on a call.
- I probably should charge more but I'm a people pleaser who constantly undervalues his work.
- I pay more than the usual amount of attention to people. That means I notice certain problems. For example it's human nature to desire places to dwell. Brands big and small can create these dwelling places.
- Oh, another example. People want brands to show up in the world like them. Not like brands.
- I work mostly with men's fashion and lifestyle brands. They see the world like me. Or, they want to....
- They're customer facing.
- If they currently operate from an ivory tower they're ready to place plastic explosives around their safe space and blow it to smithereens.
- They appreciate and see the value in creating a human experience.
- Perhaps they've worked with one of ten thousand Twitter / X agencies to build their infrastructure, design language, funnels and highly optimized, bludgeoning marketing strategy.
- They're ready to add the brand game to their direct response strategy.
- They realize what's missing is genuine brand / fan dialogue and relationships ...> they're ready to Shapeshyft.
- They're not fussy about my @gmail.
Brands come to me when they want to build a dwelling place for those they serve

More
- I don't care about your measured KPI's or whatever numbers you choose to measure my work. I only care about the human experience. If your fans would miss you if you were gone, than I'm happy. The only metric that matters is Trust.
- More about number 1. My ideas might be scary. You might reject some. It's ok. Every idea, every project, I'm taking a risk to do something for humanity.
- I don't sell a service in your ubiquitous agency sense. I collab - We create work that matters together.
- I don't do RPF's - Requests for Proposals
- Brand's I work with want to position themselves not in a category but in culture.
- I don't guarantee any idea will work.

The Fan building Process aka our Contract
- You pay we start (No net anything). If our work extends past a month, you pay again we start.
- I'll Interrogate you (nicely)
- Who are you – Beliefs, Ideology, Identity (Fun bits like that) You'd be surprise how important identity and worldview is. Your belief becomes the north star of this project.
- We showcase your beliefs, creating conversation through content.
- I listen to you. You listen to me. We listen to your customer. Starting small (in the comments)
- We world build... a space for your fans to dwell. Starting small before the big stuff. You know building neighborhoods before planets. (I like Substack for world building, I tolerate Beehiiv)
- We respect each others time. We especially respect the customers time.
- I'm not I Dream of Jeannie. I can't twitch my nose and turn water into wine. Everything we make is a prototype to be scrapped or iterated upon.
- I'm nice. You're nice. Two nice people coming together to make nice work that matters.
So, we ready to Collab?
